WordPress Plugins -How to post on user’s wall in Facebook?

In this post, you will learn how to post user’s wall with user’s permission. If visitors connected to your site, with this plugin, you can post on your user’s wall. This PopUp pluginengages your readers since a user’s friend will also see what you have posted on your wall.

What is the plugin to do this work?

I just found a good plugin called “wpsubscribers”. This plugin is not only used for Facebook but also for more features like popup, exit popup, redirect to any page after comments, checkbox in comment, different optin in different pages, etc.

How does this plugin work in Facebook?

In order to use this feature, first you have to create a Facebook application.  This Facebook application will request permission from visitors. Upon user’s granting access,  your message will be posted on visitor’s wall. Your Facebook button should have perms=”email,publish_stream”attributes,  so that your WordPress plugins and Facebook access will work correctly. Don’t worry, it only entails very easy and simple steps.

How to set up Facebook connect with WordPress

Download this plugin here and activate to your WordPress site. This plugin offers two methods. I suggest you go for PHP method. Read my previous post on how to integrate Facebook with WordPress. After you configure your Facebook and WordPress,  go to WpSubscribers -> Facebook optin -> Post to user wall. Post on FaceBook WallIn this box, enter your message which you want to post on user wall after they grant access to your Facebook apps. Copy the below button code and paste it wherever you want to your website.

<fb:login-button size="large" v="2" perms="email,publish_stream" autologoutlink="true"></fb:login-button>

Note:  This feature will not work with users who have already connected with your FB application. Like this post, Share with your facebook friends and comment below.
