How does this plugin work?
Wpsubsriberss plugin has more cool features and if you missed my post, I highly recommend that you read the best popup plugin for WordPress.
Install the plugin and activate it to your site. Navigate to Wpsubscribers -> other opt-in -> Redirect after commenting. See the screenshot below:
Give the redirection URL. Which page do you want it to be redirected after a comment was made? Then click save changes.
Wpsubscribers will only redirect commentator on the first comment. So, I suggest you create a thank you page such as “thanks for commenting” and in that page give some valuable information for users. In that thank you page, give something like gift, free ebook or your popular post link.

Great plugin. Exactly what I was looking for. A great addition to the plugin would be to include a list of related blog posts. That way it’s possible to keep the visitor on the web site and make him discover more of the content.

Very Useful Plugin, thanks for sharing. Now, I will add a “Subscription” page in my blog and will install this plugin. All the visitors, who commented, will be simply redirected to that page.
