In this tutorial I will explain about how to install plugins in wordpress. When compare to blogspot the plug-in plays an important role in wordpress. Many bloggers like the wordpress because we can install the plug-in and easy to use.
There are so many free and paid plugins are available in wordpress. You can install the plugin very easily. For example: One of the related post plugins is very useful for bloggers. Due to this we can reduce the bounce rate and visitors will like to read the related article. In below video I explained about how to install the plugins in wordpress and Basic WordPress video tutorials are here.
To install the plugin in your wordpress login to your wordpress admin panel. Go to plugins and click Add new. The search box will appear. For eg: If you want the related post plugin means type related post and click search plugin button.

Now, It will show many plugins one after another. Choose any one of the plugin which you want then click install. For every plugin while you click install it will show the small description about the plugin, author, rating and version.

At top right corner it will show the red symbol install now click that button. Now it will show the installing window. To activate the plugin click Activate plugin now your plugin is installed
To set the No of related post plugins go to plugin section and click Installed. In the installed plugin select the settings and set the no of post which you want to display in your blog.

btw, as for me, installing plug-ins via ftp client like FileZilla, Cuteftp or etc is much easier than using plug-in interface in admin dashboard!
although, it take some times beacuse we uploading the extract file but it still faster compare installing via wp-admin.
