Just leave the SEO fields empty and use the ones that you got through your seo plugin
Im really intresting with thesis theme.. Got really good set up for On Page SEO. User friendly for robot crawler… I think thesis theme without all in one seo pack plugin more better compare with blog (not thesis theme) + all in one SEO pack plug in.
Thesis got good set up for dynamic heading tag. Dynamic meta tag for title,description and keyword. Minimal. and many more.. really love it! but im still in blogspot. Finally i do that set up in my template blogspot. really hard
